Tretawny is a unique traditional Cornish ‘Chocolate Box’ family and dog-friendly semi-detached thatched cottage, perfectly located in the cute village of Bolingey. Short walk to Perranporth’s surf beach and 50m to the local Bolingey Inn. The cottage, with its original features and country-chic décor, is a warm and peaceful retreat. The space Groundfloor: Open kitchen with big dinning table, lounge with TV and seperate TV room / playroom and toilet. Please note that the open fire is temporarily out of use and a wood burner effect electric stove has been provided. First floor: Masterbedroom with ensuite bathroom and TV, double bedroom, L shaped bunkbed room, shower room. Full fiber broadband, Netflix, BBC Iplayer. Sonos speaker. Private back garden with eating area and bbq. Guest access Access to the entire cottage. Other things to note Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs not allowed upstairs or in the furniture.
