Quiet and bright room

Escape from your daily routine at this property, just 20 minutes from the beach. The room includes a 135-cm bed, a wardrobe and a desk for working. It is located in a tourist area with good restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies, and good transport links to any part of the city (it is 20 minutes from the centre and just 10 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences). The underground is 10 minutes away and provides direct connections to the city centre and the airport. The space It's a shared apartment. The owners of the apartment are my son Yuriy and I; so you can ask either of us for whatever you need. We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay and the trip. Guest access You can use the bathroom and kitchen whenever you need to, and if you feel like it, you can watch a movie in the dining room. Smoking is not allowed inside (you can smoke on the balcony). I like the apartment to be kept clean. Each guest must leave the common areas clean after use (dishes and countertop after cooking, bathroom after use, etc.) Other things to note - The wifi on the floor is reliable and fast - Luggage can be received before check-in
