Luxury, spacious room with own bath & kitchenette

*For quiet, non-smoking people only!* This is the perfect place if you enjoy quality and space. The room is brand new, large, private and well-equipped. It is ideal for resting after a long day walking in the city or on a business trip. Public transport is within walking distance, and the train takes 20 minutes to the central station. Please note that we have a quiet hour policy between 9:00 and 23:00. Smoking, using (soft) drugs, and unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited. The space Inside your room, there is a large high-quality bed, a rotating TV (with complimentary Netflix), a kitchenette for breakfast or ready meals (NOT suitable for cooking!) and a seating corner. On the same floor across your room, you also have a private bathroom with a toilet, a large shower, and a bathtub (without jets/ no jacuzzi). Almost everything is brand new and chosen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access The room is on the top floor of a large house (two stairs to be taken). Apart from the stairways hallway and laundry facility, nothing is shared with others. Only you have access to the room and bathroom (which are not directly attached but separated by a small hallway). In the other parts of the house, other people live, and these apartments are therefore not accessible. Other things to note Please note that smoking, using (soft) drugs, and unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited. Also, keep in mind that although you have a private room and bathroom, there are still other people living in the building. This is by no means a place to party, be loud, or enter and exit the house during night hours. We ask everyone to be quiet and respectful to each other so we are all comfortable.
