The space The 38m2 room is part of a spectacular house located in Bellaterra, a residential area near the Autonomous University and very well connected to Barcelona. The air-conditioned room is completely private with independent access. The shared areas such as the garden and pool are not lacking in detail and allow you to enjoy a few quiet days surrounded by nature. We have 2 more rooms that could be rented separately. Ask us and we'll be happy to help. On the ground floor there is a spectacular shared living room with a capacity of up to 12 people. It has a Yamaha electronic piano and an outdoor Weber gas barbecue. The living room is connected to the garden by a beautiful sliding door so that it can be kept open or closed depending on the weather. The garden has natural grass, shady trees, games, a fenced pool, outdoor furniture, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy delicious meals outside. Also a basketball hoop and a ping pong table. For the little ones we have a high chair and crib at your disposal. In winter, outdoor stoves are available if you want to enjoy meals in the middle of nature without getting cold. The house is very well equipped, clean and with all kinds of details that will make you feel at home.
