Modern and spacious three bedroom home in the established suburb of Karabar. This property is designed and furnished to accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The Queanbeyan town centre is only 2.5km or 5 minutes drive away and the ACT airport is only 12 km or 16 minutes drive away. The house is fully air-conditioned. Strictly no parties or pets. The space The property is in a quiet area with a small playground across the road and has an enclosed courtyard in which to relax outside. The house is 7 Star energy rated, double glazed and features fully air-conditioned spaces with quality beds making your stay very comfortable regardless of the weather. Guest access Access is available to all parts of the property, however the side gates and courtyard gates are, and will remain locked. Other things to note Please send me a message with any queries BEFORE you instant book. Make sure you enter the total number of guests into the system to get an accurate price for your stay. Weekly and monthly discounts are applied automatically, we do not negotiate pricing any further. We have our cancellation policy set to "Strict", this means you may not receive a full refund if you cancel. A change in booking dates will not be accepted, unless you wish to extend the booking. We have a day blocked out before and after each stay which allows you a little flexibility. Please message me if you want these dates unblocked in the calendar. If you lock yourself out there is a $50 fee for me to come and unlock the house or to replace a lost key. Lost remotes cost $100 to replace. If I am not available you may engage a locksmith to unlock the house at your expense, they typically charge $160 for a call out plus any additional expenses. Registration Details PID-STRA-48312
