Whether visiting for a long weekend, week, month or season, Bonita Palms will always provide the gentle welcome - come on in and stay awhile! Our mix of moody contemporary and mid-century styling is as eclectic as our guests. Bedrooms offer room to spread out and get comfortable, the living areas are well suited for plopping down for games, workspace, TV watching and good ole socializing. The kitchen can handle Thanksgiving dinner and the backyard is extra private with taller walls. The pool is newly resurfaced and equipped with colorful pool lighting for a backyard oasis. Pool heat is available for $75 per day or $375 for the week. Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the home, EXCEPT the garage. Other things to note Please be aware the pool is heated upon request and does take at least 24 hours to heat in the colder months. Average consistent temperature in our deep dive pool during the winter and early spring is 80-83. It is your responsibility to ensure that everyone in your group is being safe when using the pool - there is no lifeguard on duty. The main family room area is fenced off with pool fencing, door alarms are engaged and sound off when any of these three doors to the backyard are opened. We have a pool service Tuesday mornings, and an occasional gardener stop by weekly to keep everything nice for guests! Michael our pool service team member comes in the morning via the side gate and leaves the same way. There's a good chance you won't even notice! He is there usually 20 minutes. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THE POOL SWEEP IS NOT TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE POOL. POOL PUMP AND MOTOR AREA TIED TOGETHER FOR PROPER POOL WATER HEALTH AND EQUIPMENT FUNCTION. THE FINE IS A MINIMUM OF $250.
