Your stay will feature pine tree views from every room as well as private and quiet surroundings. Deer, javalina, chipmunks, squirrels and many varieties of birds large and small are frequent visitors. The space Located at the top of a long sloping driveway that provides a sense of seclusion, this beautiful cedar home sits on 1.04 acres of land featuring many large rocks and towering pine trees that help screen the property from other houses in the area. Once inside, you will immediately feel at home in the tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished living space. Large windows in every room will allow you to enjoy the natural beauty of the property wherever you are. Two large bedrooms (13’ x 13” each) with spacious closets, a very large full bathroom featuring an extra large counter and mirror, two common areas with reading chairs and two couches, and a kitchenette provide a well-appointed and comfortable environment for you and your family or friends to enjoy. Please note that the unit is NOT handicap friendly as there are steps leading up to the entrance and NO grab bars or other handicap assist devices inside. Guest access Accessed by some stairs and a short paver pathway that leads to a generously sized Trex deck, French doors provide access to the secure and private living space measuring approximately 1,000 square feet dedicated entirely to you and your fellow travelers. Privacy is ensured by a digital entry lock on the French doors and dual deadbolts on the door to the lower level. The approximately 500 square foot deck with a table and chairs as well as two umbrellas to keep the sun or rain from spoiling your enjoyment are also available for your exclusive use. Other things to note Property is NOT handicap friendly. There are multiple steps to get to the entry and there are no bathroom handrails or other handicap aids are installed inside.
