Our Newly Renovated Elegant Studio, is in the heart of Isla Verde. On site pool (hours: 9a-9p, Mon-Sun), full access to laundromat (in basement) of condo. We are also 5 min walking distance to Isla Verde beach, local attractions, nightlife, casino's, 24 hr restaurants & supermarkets. WiFi, Free on site parking for 1 vehicle in the front & back of condo (please speak with host about parking passes). BBQ in pool area can be used. Guest access Guests enter through security gate of condo. Take elevator to 9th floor, apt 9R. All check-in instructions are provided to the guest on the day of check in, and checking into the apartment is easily done remotely and can be accessed to accommodate any arrival time. Guests are provided with a magnet key fob in the apartment, this key gives you access to the lobby, the front gate, and the pool door. Guests are also provided with 1 parking pass for 1 vehicle, and a remote beeper for vehicle access to enter the front gate. The laundromat is available 24/7 in the lower level, cash/coin payments are accepted for machines and detergent pods are available for purchase. Pool area is accessible Mon-Sun from 9am-9pm Other things to note Things to know: In the closet there is an iron, ironing board, hangers, drying rack for wet clothes, hair dryer, laundry basket, cooler and beach chairs for guest use. (All items are disinfected upon each guest check out to ensure the safety of our guests.) Guest will get a gift basket upon arrival: coffee, tea, water, and sunblock are provided. The apartment rules, a list of all restaurants, tourist attractions and emergency contact numbers can be found in our guest book. TV remotes, master key, parking stickers and gate beeper are found in the basket on the wall of the apartment. Should you need early or late check in/out - please reach out to the host and we are happy to see if accommodations are possible depending on the availability between each scheduled booking. (Kindly note: additional fees may incur) The number of guests is specified at the time of booking. If additional guests are added after the booking is confirmed, there is a nightly fee that is automatically added for each additional guest. We can't wait to hear about your stay! Cancellation: If guests decide to cancel after booking as a result of Covid, inclement weather, or personal reasons, unfortunately we are unable to honor refunds however, guests will be given a voucher that can be redeemed up to six months from the date of cancellation.
