Charming cottage nearby nature reserve

Relax in your own charming little house in a picturesque yet central location right next to the nature reserve. Three minutes' walk to the bus in the direction of Kristianstad, Ystad or Simrisham. The highest waterfall in Skåne, Forsakar, is within easy reach, as well as a lake and a free swimming pool with a 50m pool. Supermarket only 400 meters away, 250 meters to the pizzeria and to the Thai fast food. About 12 km on the bike path to the sea with wonderful long sandy beaches. The space The small guest house is the perfect place for a romantic stay for two. It consists of a comfortable living room on the ground floor with a sofa bed (140 cm), a kitchenette with a fridge and a small shower room. It has a table with two chairs overlooking the garden with apple trees, a TV with free German and Swedish programs and a chest of drawers. The kitchenette is equipped with two induction plates, microwave, coffee and water maker, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The cozy sleeping area with two beds and chest of drawers can be reached via a fixed ladder. The covered outdoor area has a barbecue, table and two chairs as well as a bench and a hanging chair/swing. Guest access The house has a separate entrance. Guests can use the covered outdoor area and the garden behind the house. Other things to note The rubbish is sorted into two rubbish bins (located in the driveway).
