This surprising apartment is conveniently located less than a mile from I-35E, above a business, in a small town nestled among the suburbs. The area is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is filled with modern amenities. Within a short walk, you will find Lake Lewisville or downtown Lake Dallas. The room is large and spacious. Space includes: three monitors, a desk, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and small couch. Please note: We have a strict No Pet policy for the sake of all guests. The space A queen sized-bed in a private room. A desk, chair, closet, and TV are also included. Shared spaces include bathroom, fully-functioning kitchen, refrigerator, dining room, living room, and washer/dryer. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Please note that the space is on the second story, so does require you to climb stairs. Parking for one car is available on the property. Please note your room is EXCLUSIVE and PRIVATE. It has its own lock and key. However, there are SHARED spaces that all guests can use such as the kitchen, dining area, and living room. We ask all guests to be respectful and welcoming towards other guests. We ask all guest to obey our policies including quiet times, clean up after themselves, and not leave any personal belongings in shared spaces. Additionally, we are an inclusive host. As such, you may encounter guests of different genders, races, sexual orientations, etc. We welcome all and hold all to the same strict set of rules. We do have a zero tolerance for violence, discrimination, or sexual harassment. We do have an "on call" private security service and make every effort to resolve conflict with other guests. We live three blocks away and will do all that we can to ensure that you have a safe and pleasant experience. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. During your stay We live less than a mile from the property. We are available to answer your questions or help with any needs relatively quickly. Texting is preferred method of communicating needs. Other things to note The room is on the 2nd story, so you will need to use stairs to access it. It is also part of a shared space. While your room and bathroom are private, the shared living space and the other rooms are likely to be occupied by other guests.
