Our pet rent is as follows: 1-14 days $100 (included in reservation when pet is added) 15-29 days $200 ($100 included, $100 paid separately prior to checkin) 30-44 days $300 ($100 included, $200 paid separately prior to checkin) 45-59 days $400 ($100 included, $300 paid separately prior to checkin) 60+ days add $100 per 1-14 days Stays exceeding 1 month should use our long term stay listing for this property. Guest is 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required at checkout. Violation of any of the above rules could result in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund. Unauthorized pets will result in a $400 fee in addition to immediate cancellation without refund. Any pet waste left at checkout will incur an additional $150 cleanup fee.
