The space The spacious, but cozy townhome offers stunning views of Pinecrest Lake from all angles on the main level and the primary bedroom located upstairs. The first floor of the home has a living area with plenty of seating, a smart TV and a wood burning fireplace, dining area, a recently renovated kitchen with a lovely oversized island, and a breakfast nook, as well as a half bathroom. Just off the dining area through a sliding glass door is a large deck with a grill and fire pit overlooking Pinecrest Lake–perfect for gathering and relaxing after a long day on the lake or exploring the area. On the second level you will find three bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 5 guests: The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a gas fireplace and ensuite; The secondary bedroom has two twin size beds; The tertiary bedroom has one twin size bed. There is a full bathroom located on the second floor for guests staying in the secondary and tertiary bedrooms. In case you need to do laundry during your stay, the washer and dryer can also be found on the second level. Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms of the townhome and the outdoor deck, as well as access to the Pinecrest Lake community beach, pool, and fitness center. The tennis complex is available to guests for a fee.
