The space * NO PARTY, GATHERING, AND EVENTS ALLOWED IN OUR UNIT * This 3 bedroom apartment is strategically located at the most centre area of Klang with direct bridge link to one of the biggest Aeon Mall in Malaysia. You can find all kind of shops from electronic products to groceries, karaoke to cinema all in the same mall. It's also located right next to KESAS highway that you take you straight to Klang East & West port. KLIA International Airport also has a direct shuttle bus that stops at Aeon Mall. Guest access The building gym center is located on 8th floor. Swimming pool is located on 7th floor. There is also a bridge that links our building to the Aeon Shopping Mall next door from the 1st floor parking. Other things to note Building Name: Impiria Residensi 16A/KS06, Persiaran Batu Nilam, Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2, 41200 Klang, Selangor House Rules: ❀❀ Our standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Please update us in advance if you have any request. ❀❀ ★ Extra Guest Fee: MYR30 per guest per night. Auto-calculated with correct number of guests upon booking confirmation. Visitors are allowed until 10PM and must register with lobby security. ★ Late Check-out Fee: 50% of normal rate will be charged if check out before 1PM 70% of normal rate will be charged before 5PM 100% of normal rate will be charged after 5PM ★ STRICTLY NO illegal activities are allowed in the apartment. Necessary actions will be taken and booking cancellation without refund. ★ Unacknowledged Parties & Events Penalty: MYR300 ★ Smoking Penalty: MYR300 ★ Lost Card or Key Penalty: MYR300 ★ Unexpected Extra Cleaning Penalty: MYR300 ★ Pets are strictly not allowed. Penalty applies for extra cleaning or damages. ★ Item Damaged: We will send replacement to you at the earliest once reported. Charges applies based on the condition of the item. ★ Item Missing: Charges applied based on the value of the item. ★ Building Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM ★ Turn off all electric appliances when are not in used (except WiFi devices and fridge) ★ Let the furniture stay where they belong. DO NOT rearrange the furniture for any purpose. ★ Take the garbage out when it's full, throw the garbage bag into garbage room on the same floor, and clean the dishes after using them. ★ Lost and Found: Keep up to 30 days only. Cost to be borne by the guest if wish to collect via shipping method.
