Code Cir 097023-CNI-00255 The space This apartment is located on the ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen with a living room and a double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, a bathroom (shower room) and a bedroom with a double bed that opens to the garden. The outdoor area is perfect for watching the sunset and relaxing after a day of exploration. The apartment includes 2 sun loungers that can be used at the shared pool. There are two parking spaces available: a secured underground parking space (max. clearance height 2.00 m) and an outdoor parking space. It is the perfect stay for 2 to 3 people to relax and enjoy the beautiful natural landscape of Lake Como. Dogs allowed upon application. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and the private garden. Our guests have a reserved parking space on the premises of the residence. The pool is shared with other guests and residents of the residence during the summer months. Two deck chairs for the pool and/or garden are available for you. Sports equipment such as bicycles, surfboards and the like can be safely stored in a garage. Other things to note This is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Lake Como. The area is ideal for visiting the picturesque villages, basilicas and unique villas and gardens by ferry, car or train (e.g. Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta, Villa D'Este, Villa Olmo, Villa Monastero...). For active vacationers and sports enthusiasts, there are many possibilities around Lake Como. In addition to all imaginable water sports, there are countless hiking and cycling trails of various difficulty levels. The beach is within walking distance in 15 minutes. A small grocery store is nearby and also a pizzeria. In Colico city center you are in 15 minutes walking distance. Beds are made and we provide a towel set per guest.
