The space An updated 1 BR apartment with one Queen bed (Saatva mattress), desk workspace with light, window seating area in foyer area, living room with rocker, large screen TV, small couch. Bath Room has both tub and shower. Seating available on both covered front porch and partially covered rear patio. Guest access Full access to first floor apartment space and both porches. Washer/dryer are accessed at rear of home at driveway area. There are green steel doors at the side of the driveway at ground level which open to steps down to the basement laundry room door which has a combination lock on the lower door. You may use the washer/dryer designated for the 1st floor only, as there is another, separate apartment on the 2nd/3rd floor of the home. Other things to note To access the space, you must be able to climb the four concrete steps at the front of the home (which leads to the front porch and the front door access of the space.) There is a hand railing. Parking: right in front of the home on the street OR on the opposite side of the alleyway next to the home (aka Tan Way). (Our side of the alley is a designated Fire Lane, so no parking.) Please be mindful of the two (2) handicapped spaces on the opposite side of the alleyway, as I have neighbors who use those spaces. These premises are Non-Smoking.
