Please note: because the desk is located inside this bedroom, it serves as a private office space if the room isn't fully occupied by guests sleeping in the bunk beds. Two off street parking spaces are available as well as free on street parking. The detached apartment on the property is also available for rent and may be occupied. The driveway and patio area are the only shared spaces. Other things to note Minimum rental of 31 nights. You do not need to occupy the property for the full time. We do not have air conditioning as it is never warm enough to need it at the beach. Open the windows and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Please bring your own beach supplies. We have provided towels and bedding for the house. Please do not take towels from the house to the beach. AT&T does not have reliable reception in Cambria. We have WiFi that supports WiFi calling at the house.
