Centrally located in the Chicago Western Suburbs. Private smart lock entrance to a 3-bdrm guest suite detached from the main house. The property is adjacent to Wheaton College, a half-mile walk to historic downtown Wheaton & the Metra Rail system, and easy access to expressways. This listing is for one private (key-locked) bedroom within the guest suite, along with shared use of the rest of the suite, which includes a bathroom, coffee/tea station, and kitchenette. The space The 3-bedroom apartment has one large bathroom (two sinks & two showers) and a kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, cookware, and dishes). Each room is rented individually, unless the entire guesthouse is reserved. This listing is for ONE private room and then shared spaces as listed above. The listing only includes the spaces included in the photos. Additional amenities, not pictured, are available on request. Please inquire. This building was built in 1964 as student housing for Wheaton College. The doorways and shower stalls are smaller than what is built today. Important to consider for larger individuals or those in wheelchairs. Parking is free on Irving Ave. during the day, just outside the entrance. Overnight parking is $1.50 per night at the multilevel downtown parking garage located 1/2 mile away. However, there are often other options available either on the property or across the street at Wheaton College. These spaces should be reserved in advance, so please inquire about parking when booking. Guest access This listing is for private (key) access to 1 bdrm + shared kitchenette & bath. Guests have a private entrance, which is not connected to the main home. Numerous amenities are included like free Wifi, bottled RO remineralized water, and organic coffees and teas. If there are amenities you are looking for and don't see, just ask. Some are stored elsewhere and only used when guests ask. Optional upgrades: Spa services/therapies, transportation, and/or food service (organic/specialty). Message me before booking for additional accommodations. During your stay Guests can check-in anytime, as we have keyless entry. When possible, I meet guests at check-in, give them a quick walk-through, and make sure they have everything they need. Then they have my number to txt if they need any additional assistance. I do stop in daily, in the hallway area, to pick up trash, check supplies, empty the dehumidifier, and refill RO water containers. At check-in, I will ask if guests prefer I stop in at a particular time. Other things to note The bed configuration(s) are adjustable, please inquire. TV: There is a large TV, yet it does not have service. If you wish to use it, you will need to bring a Fire Stick, Apple TV plug-in, or other service. 
Laundry: On-site Wash & Dry $10 per load. Baskets are found in the bathroom. Deposit clothes ready for the machine in a laundry basket found in the bathroom. Text the number on the board in the hall. Clothes will be picked up, washed, dried (either machine or line, as requested), and returned to you. Clothes are washed with Free and Clear Laundry Soap, Baking Soda, Oxyclean, and Vinegar. If you prefer, several pay-per-load laundromats are located within a 2-mile radius. Bike(s) and lock(s) are available upon request for a $10 per day per bike. Red light mats are available: Small $10 per session, Large Full body $20 per session. Vitamin D Lamp Treatment - $10 per session Yoga Mat - $10 per visit Jumpsport Trampoline - $10 per day Vibration plate - $10 per day Various Stretching Devices - $10 per day Sunlighten M-Pulse Infrared Sauna sessions are available on-site for $1 per minute.
