This includes the large upper deck. Shared off-street parking in front of the garage, and along the side of the house along Barker Street. Ask about out guide book to the area. It features all the best restaurants and attractions. Other things to note The property is a duplex (Top & Bottom). There is a chance that guests could be occupying the lower unit during your stay, so please be respectful. Although we do have ample off-street parking to accommodate many vehicles, please be aware that parking may be shared with others guests. Note: We only provide a starter pack of toiletries, paper towels, and trash bags. Typically enough for an average size family to last 3-4 days. If you are planning a long stay, or have a really large group you may want to consider bringing extras. Noise Notice: A sports bar and restaurant recently reopened across the street after being closed for several years. Since their reopening, guests have occasionally reported noise—most commonly on Saturday nights, and sometimes on Fridays as well. Please be aware that while we’ve submitted formal complaints to the city to address this due to the residential setting, the business currently operates during weekend evenings, and noise from the establishment may be present during those times. Other Things to Note: While our close proximity to the lake offers many wonderful benefits, it also brings a few unique challenges. You might encounter some bugs not commonly found inland, such as Mayflies, midges, black-biting flies, and a few types of spiders. Rest assured, none of these insects are harmful to humans. However, please be aware that they may be present during your stay, particularly Mayflies and midges, which are more prevalent during May, June, and July.
