With two ensuite bedrooms, a bunk nook, and three full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and offers a spacious, thoughtfully designed layout ideal for reconnecting and unwinding. Inside, you’ll find soaring windows, an inviting stone fireplace, and a chef’s kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and seating for everyone. Step outside to a covered deck and private pool oasis—complete with hot tub, firepit with seating for eight, outdoor TV, and string-light ambiance. In cooler months (Oct 15 – Apr 1), guests may choose to heat the pool to a comfortable 81 - 83°F for a nightly fee. Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund. A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link - operated by reputable processing system. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging. ✱(If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.) Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property. For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back stairs cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. No Pets No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted No Parties Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay. You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload a valid government photo ID in order to complete your reservation. Please look out for an email from our co-hosts, The Utmost Host, after you have completed your booking through Airbnb. Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit. Guest access You will receive a personalized key code that will allow you to access the property at any time after your check-in (4PM) until check-out (11AM).
