Enjoy a stylish stay in the heart of the city in this newly built, guest studio apartment. A great retreat for business, pleasure or both. Whatever the occasion that brings you to Eugene, we know you will enjoy the hustle and bustle of being in the middle of it all, while enjoying the many amenities our South Hills Studio has to offer. If you are looking for quiet, out of town stay, this is not it. This property is in the middle of town, on the edge of the UO campus, and has normal city sounds. The space Enjoy this private studio all to yourself. The South Eugene Studio sits above another private airbnb with no shared accesses or common living walls. Front door access is through a private (purple) entry door & a flight of indoor stairs, with ALL living space upstairs. *The comfy King sized bed includes linens, pillows, and blankets. *There is a laundry space in the bathroom with Washer/Dryer. Bring your own laundry supplies. *Full kitchen with Fridge with complimentary water bottles, oven/range, microwave and toaster are also provided. Coffee and assortment of tea are provided. *This is a pet friendly (1 Dog only/no cats) property. Please be sure to pay the pet fee if you are bringing your dog with you. Please help your dog stay off the furniture and please clean up after your dog. For your use while staying with us, and for your dog's comfort, we have provided a blanket to cover the couch or use as a pet bed, bowls for water and a lint roller. Amazon dog park is just a few blocks from the studio. Do not leave your dog unattended unless well trained or crated. Let us know if there has been any accidents (If we are required to clean rugs for urine there will be an extra cleaning fee. *Off street, gravel parking spot. Street parking also available in front of 2996 Harris St, around the corner. *South Hills Studio is a few minutes walk to parks, biking trails, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and so much more. *A 5 minute drive can take you to the UO, Hayward field, Mathew Knight Arena or down town Eugene. Guest access Private front door access is through (purple) entry door & long flight of indoor stairs. *Access to the studio will be through electronic key pad on door. Code for the door will be sent out to guest 1 day before arrival. Other things to note * Every stay includes a welcome basket with some snacking goodies for you to enjoy. * In the time that I have been a super host, over 2 years now, I have had 5 reports of the road noise being disruptive to sleep. For your comfort, we provide earplugs and a sound machine on the night stand. Please book appropriately as no refunds will be given for noise complaints.
