Comfortably sleeps 10 guests. 3 main bedrooms all with new premium mattresses on queen beds, 2 with aircon on the warmer end of the house. The 4th room is a large air conditioned kids retreat room with 2 double bunks (4 single beds total) kids games, toys, colouring books and pencils. All ready for infants with portable cot, high chair and play mat available at all times. Set the kids up in their room while you enjoy a glass of wine with your friends in the open plan formal lounge, complete with new smart TV. Or head down to the end of house to hang out in the massive games and movie room, complete with another new smart TV, 8 foot slate pool table with newly replaced felt, vintage arcade games machine with 60 free games to choose from, board games, super comfortable couch and private bathroom. Need some fresh air? Open up the large 3 panel sliding door to create an indoor-outdoor situation and enjoy the spacious, outdoor entertaining area with outdoor dining table and umbrella. Topped off with a fire-pit surrounded by country style, wooden park benches to sit around on those cooler nights sharing special moments with friends and family while kids jump on the trampoline and play in the fully fenced, safe, secure yard. A little wood and natural fire starters supplied for your first fire, everything you need for the perfect family holiday. Move back inside to your brand new, fully equipped, stylish kitchen with gas stove cooktop, LG fridge w/ filtered water and ice, air fryer, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, tea, organic plunger coffee, sugar, cooking oil, S&P, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, frypans, wine glasses, champagne flutes & water glasses. The fridge is stocked with milk, dairy-free milk alternative, ice and a bottle of wine to help you relax and kick into holiday mode. Everything you need and more to cook for the family and entertain. Beside the Kitchen is the large, seperate laundry with massive 10kg front load washer, 8kg dryer, detergent supplied, iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop and clothes airer for the delicates. For the working professionals trying to catch up, or all your gaming and streaming needs, we have hi-speed wifi, and plenty of space to set up whatever you need. Both modern coastal bathrooms are also brand new and fully equipped with heat lamps, hair dryer (1 only), Sukin Natural Bodywash, OC Naturals Shampoo, facial wipes, toilet paper (3 rolls to get you started) & Egyptian Cotton Towels. Main bathroom has a bath and both have large showers attached to their own separate, full size hot water systems (yes we have installed 2 brand new hot water systems), so there is heaps of hot water to get the whole family showered easily. Comfortable Beds lined with mattress protectors, premium cotton sheets, pillow cases & quilt covers. Even the kids beds!! Premium pillows on all beds including memory foam on the queen beds for the adults. Ultimate in sleeping comfort. House is on a large 600 square metre block of land with plenty of room to roam. The nearest domestic and international airport is approximately one hour away via the M1 from Brisbane Airport. Brisbane CBD is around one hour south while the Sunshine Coast is just 50 minutes north.
