The apartment is on the second floor and has just been renovated in its entirety. The building has an elevator. You can also take advantage of the common area on the second floor, which features a gym and relaxation area. The space The apartment, on two floors, has a total area of 44 sqm and has been completely restored and renovated in all its parts, including furniture. The apartment has: Air-Conditioning Unlimited Wi-Fi Latest generation 43'' Smart TV (Netflix included). Double bed with 1500 pocketed spring mattress (160x190) + 6 cm topper with 4 comfortable pillows. Italian design kitchen with induction stove, fridge, freezer and microwave with grill function. Pots, plates, glasses (including wine glasses) and utensils. Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Kit with coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas, milk, jams, rusks, sugar, oil, vinegar, pepper, coarse salt and fine salt. Large bathroom with shower, kit including shower shampoo, vanity set, slippers, hairdryer and thick towels (face, body and intimate). A washer and dryer are also available for a fee inside the building. Other things to note The reservation for two guests includes the preparation of only the double bed located in the loft and accessible only by stairs. If you intend to use the sofa bed, you must notify us. If both beds are required for two people, a surcharge of 20 euros must be considered.
