The apartment is on the first floor and has just been completely renovated. The building has an elevator. Guests can also use the common area located on the second floor, which features a gym and a relaxation area. The space The apartment, spread over two floors, has a total area of 44 square meters and has been completely restored and renovated in all its parts, including the furniture. A double bed with a 1500-pocket-coil mattress (160x190 cm) + a 6-cm topper with 4 comfortable pillows. Italian-design kitchen with induction hob, fridge, freezer and microwave with grill function. Pots, plates, glasses (including wine glasses) and utensils. Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Kit with coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas, milk, jams, rusks, sugar, oil, vinegar, pepper, coarse salt, and fine salt. Spacious bathroom with shower, kit including shower gel and shampoo, vanity set, slippers, hairdryer, and thick towels (face, body, and hand towels). A washing machine and dryer are also available for a fee inside the building. Other things to note The reservation for two guests includes the preparation of only the double bed located in the loft and accessible only by stairs. If you intend to use the sofa bed, you must notify us. If both beds are required for two people, a surcharge of 20 euros must be considered.
