Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Playa Blanca Resort is the ideal place to spend time with family or friends. Beach, swimming pools, restaurants, mini supermarket. The apartment is very spacious and has panoramic views of the sea. It has two bedrooms with their bathrooms and 2 more people can sleep in the living room. There is a washer-dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and individual WiFi. No pets allowed. I live in the Playa Blanca complex, I can always help you. I'll give you all the check-in and check-out instructions in advance. If you have any questions, please always contact me. I am available 24 hours a day. Important Information: 1. Check-in is after 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If the reservation allows, we are flexible to alter these times. Please always let us know your arrival and departure times. 2. The apartment has keys, there is a box next to the door where you will find the key. A code will be provided before you arrive. You have to enter the code and then press the black button and you will find the key. If you have problems I will help you. 3. The apartment can be used by guests who have checked in with their name and ID or passport only. The buildings do not allow visitors. 4. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people. 5. Barbecues are not allowed on the balcony according to Panamanian laws but there is a barbecue in the pool area. 6. This is a self-sufficient apartment; you will not find any food or drink. You also have to bring your own toiletries, e.g. soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. As a courtesy, we will leave a roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms. There are some shops on the premises –where you can buy these items and also basic food. The Super 99 supermarket and Arocha pharmacy are located in the shopping center, right on the corner of the Inter-Americana Highway and the road towards Playa Blanca. 7. Your apartment will not be cleaned and your sheets and towels will not be changed during your stay. If you need cleaning and change of blankets and towels, contact us. 8. We take no responsibility for your valuables left in the apartment. 9. Smoking both in the apartment and everywhere else in the building (including on the corridor) is strictly forbidden. 10. You will receive 2 towels per person. One for bathing and one for the beach. Please don't use towels to remove makeup. We will count all towels when you leave. If lost, we will charge you USD 10 for each. At the end of your stay, gather used towels to facilitate counting. 11. Please be respectful of other residents in the building. We reserve the right to cancel the service immediately, withholding the entire rental fee, if we receive any valid complaints from other residents of the building or the building's administration. 12. Please turn off the air conditioner when you are away and when the windows are open. Please turn it off when leaving. We are committed to saving energy and fighting for a cleaner world. 13. There are some restaurants in the area. Inside the complex you will find several restaurants, 3 in Town Center, 1 next to the giant pool and 1 on the beach. 14. In the giant pool there are 2 areas that you can use. 1 area is private for apartment owners. The area you can use is next to the slides and the restaurant. Please check in at the pool gate to get in. 15. The apartment has individual Internet. The password is inside the apartment. 16. There is cable TV. Please check that all remote controls are left in the apartment. If you lose them, we will charge $30 for replacement. The same applies to air-condition remote controls. 17. Please inform us in case there has been any damage caused before you are leaving. 18. If you want other services such as seeing Panama City, tourist attractions, we are at your service. If you don't have a car, we can help you shop at Super 99. Please contact us. 19. Guest access You can access the building's social area, which has a large swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a barbecue area. You will also have access to the giant pool, two areas, the Slides, and the restaurant.
