Welcome! Our apartment (57m2) is located in Fonte de Ons, a small municipality in Sanxenxo, 40 minutes by car from Pontevedra. It's the perfect place to disconnect from your routine: we're in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes by car from La Lanzada Beach. At the entrance to the O Grove peninsula, you will have the Umia-O Grove intertidal complex and the island of A Toxa on one side, and San Vicente do Mar and Sanxenxo city on the other. We hope you enjoy your stay here :) The space In a building with lift, the flat is located on the 1st floor. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - lounge area with sofa, 51"TV and side table ideal for teleworking. - the open plan kitchen over the living area with bar and bar chairs - the sleeping area is arranged as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 X 200 and a 32" TV 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 x 190 cm and a 43" TV - 1 complete bathroom - A terrace with access from the living room to the main street where you can enjoy the sun or a good meal. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. **Please, note: you can hear noise coming from the street Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property does not have air conditioning. The property has heating by electric radiators in all rooms. The hot water is supplied by an 80 litre electric water heater: it is important to know because it can run out and you will have to wait for the water heater to fill up again. If you come by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground car park. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
