Tregurtha Cottage

This stunning fisherman’s cottage has been lovingly renovated over the winter months of 2020 and is now a brand new, spacious, contemporary cottage that will comfortably home up to 6 people. Tregurtha boasts both luxury and comfort. Spanning over 3 floors, rooms feel cosy, yet modern. With an ideal location, public car parks are a very short walk away, as are our gorgeous beaches and of course, the town itself. The space Our guests have exclusive use of the whole property and it’s sun trap external courtyard. Tregurtha cottage spreads over three generous floors, the bottom two being open plan. Your bottom floor consists of a very light, modern very well equipped kitchen & dining area, with the main bathroom also being on this floor. The first floor presents you with breathtaking views of St. Ives bay where you can sit listening to the sea in your lounge area. There is also a woodburner for cosy winter nights in and another small bathroom adjacent to the back door. The top floor gives you two very elegant bedrooms, again with those very special views from the master bedroom. Both rooms can be set as doubles, or the second bedroom is also capable of having a twin set up. Tregurtha cottage is ideal for families, wanting fun sunny beach days, couples wanting a romantic break in a quiet, secluded location that is hidden yet a very short walk from the towns many cafes, restaurants & bars. With the stunning coastal path leading in both directions from St. Ives; walking groups or friends wanting to enjoy our September festival, Tregurtha is the perfect choice. Other things to note If you require the use of the sofa bed, for 5-6 guests for example, or wish to arrange the 2nd bedroom as a double rather than two singles, please let us know in advance of your stay.
