Guest access Entire Property Other things to note ***There is occasional construction taking place on a neighboring property. While the work is external and not on this property, it may be audible at times. We’ve done our best to minimize any impact to your stay and are happy to provide earplugs or anything you may need to make your visit more comfortable. We appreciate your understanding and want to be transparent so there are no surprises. **Our calendar is only open up to 3-months in advance** -Pool will stay at 74 degrees. -Soaking tub will stay heated at 80 degrees. You may adjust up to 99 degrees during your stay. -The soaking tub is made with cedar wood. If you have skin sensitivities, we ask that you do not use the tub as the cedar wood may cause skin irritation, redness, and swelling. -The soaking tub has a humming sound when the tub is cycling, please be aware if you are sensitive to noise. -PLEASE rinse off in the shower EVERY TIME before entering either soaking tub or indoor pool. *Maintenance Schedule: -Pool & Soaking Tub : Mondays & Thursdays (Pool Technician indoor access is REQUIRED). After treatment, there is a waiting period for chemicals to balance & dissipate before you may resume pool / soaking tub usage. -Landscaper: Wednesdays -Pest Prevention: 3rd Wednesday of the month
