A nice private apartment located in a quiet and relaxed area close to the downtown, it is part of an apartment complex located in the Panorámica del Fortín, a street with a picturesque touch due to its facades, urban art and beautiful views of the city. 20 minutes walking you will reach the Temple of Santo Domingo. If you are looking for a spacious and bright place to live for an extended period (1 to 3 months) this is the perfect place for you. The space The apartment count with independence entrance, an amazing private terrace! you can rest in the hammock, exercise, work and see the bbeautifu sunsets. We have a private parking (one parking space), spacious and bright dining room, kitchenette with electric grill, private full bathroom and two rooms. The main room has access to the terrace and a spectacular view of the city, and the second bedroom, a cool and comfortable place, ideal for those of us who like to rest without so much light. We have an internet speed of 50 mbps. Ideal speed for home office. Guest access The apartment has an independent entrance where you will find a box with the keys to access. You will go up some stairs that will take you to the beautiful private terrace and the main entrance to the apartment. Other things to note A 5-minute walk away you will find a super market where you can buy fresh food, a laundry among other services. Garbage collection is 'external' in the garage area you will find the general garbage can. The city is going through a water crisis, so the apartment is suggested for two participants, however, it is possible to accommodate 3 to 4 participants, which will have an extra cost in the reservation.
