The space The house is arranged over three floors and was built in 2017 in a modern Swiss style. Large floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor create a bright and open living space with views towards the garden. The lounge is spacious and family-friendly, with toys and books for younger children as well as games including backgammon and rummy for adults. The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a steam oven, electric hob and filter coffee machine, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. On the second floor there is a modern bathroom with a full-size walk-in shower and separate bathtub, as well as a dedicated laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The third floor contains two comfortable bedrooms: * One bedroom with a 160 cm queen-size bed * One bedroom with two 90 cm single beds A baby cot and changing table are also available for families travelling with infants. There is an additional bathroom on the third floor with a shower and toilet. From the patio and garden, guests can enjoy views of the nearby stream and the relaxing sound of flowing water, adding to the peaceful atmosphere of the home. The property uses secure electronic keypad access through both the courtyard entrance and the main house entrance, allowing convenient self check-in. Guest access The house has four bedrooms in total. The two bedrooms available to guests are located on the top floor (second floor). The other two bedrooms on the first floor remain closed and are not occupied during your stay. Guests have exclusive private use of the entire house. Additional blankets are stored inside the sofa chaise section in the lounge for extra comfort during colder evenings.
