Conveniently located across the bridge from Juneau’s downtown area and 25 min from Eaglecrest Ski area. The space Parking at street level, with a walk down 3 stories of concrete steps ( old but sturdy!) to a private entrance. The space is open and comfortable, the queen bed is set back from the living space but with no true bedroom wall. Dining nook overlooks the backyard and beach. Guest access Separate entrance, no shared living space. Other things to note We have 2 large dogs, a lab and German shepherd , both friendly but they do bark when anyone parks in the driveway.
