We are a beautiful peaceful getaway a short walk (3 minutes) from the heart of San pancho and the beautiful sunsets on the beach. Enjoy your tranquil private pool and outdoor garden area along with a stylishly curated indoor living space and fully equipped kitchen. Casa de Papas is the perfect home away from home. Bienvenido a Casa de Papas and sweet San pancho! Mi casa es su casa ❤️ The space Fully equipped kitchen, Two bedrooms (one has a full and a twin, the other a queen). A lovely indoor and outdoor living area, seated bar inside, and a 4-top outdoor table, hammock, and lounge area on the terrace. There is a beautifully tiled full bathroom with craftsmanship carpentry details. The home has many wooden accents throughout created and designed from the carpenter Jesus across the street (his sweet dog Choco loves to come say hello)❤️ Papas Fritas is located above Casa de Papas. The units have their own entrance and the homes are entirely private from one another. The laundry room is located on the first floor with its own entrance. On Fridays Francis (housekeeper) and ourselves when in town (January- July) will do laundry. We have to cross the garden to access the laundry room so we will always notify before laundry day to respect your privacy! Guest access Entire home of Casa de Papas Other things to note Casa de Papas is the downstairs unit Papas Fritas is the upstairs unit They are entirely separate but the laundry room is located on the bottom floor and is used by Francis and us while we are in town Francis comes on Friday to clean (unless requested otherwise). David comes to water plants and check on the pool Tuesdays and Fridays (usually:)) They are lovely! The hot water is sourced by propane. If the hot water goes out please notify us so we can have it refilled immediately for you. Water- do not drink the tap water! Large water jugs are available at the corner store or minusuper in town. Can take your empty jugs and exchange them for a full one for 40 pesos.
