It's so convenient, it's ridiculous! We are a family-run guesthouse with native English, Chinese, and Tagalog speakers. We live on the same floor and monitor the guesthouse with security surveillance cameras. Each room has a lock, entrance to the reception requires a keycard, and entrance to the building after 11pm requires a key. You'll have your own room with an attached private bathroom (toilet and shower). Note, this room does not have window. The space Amenities include: - Air Conditioner (you control) - Communal Fridge - Early / Late Check-In (prior arrangement required) - Electric Kettle (we have cups if you need them) - Elevator in Building - Extra Pillows/Blankets (upon request) - Hair Dryer - Hot Shower - Luggage Storage (based on availability) - Slippers, Bed Linens, Towel, Hangers (additional available upon request) - Toiletries (Toothbrush / Toothpaste, Soap, Shampoo, Toilet Paper) - TV & Remote - Water (bottled) - Wi-Fi (free) Note, this room does not have window. Guest access The guesthouse is very close to many clothing stores, restaurants (late night too!), bakeries, museums, malls, shops, and transportation options. We are located right across the street from the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui exit (B2) station or an easy 10 minute walk to the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui East station, Star Ferry Terminal, or Macao Ferry Terminal. And, it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to Kowloon Park, K11 (a six-story building that's dedicated to shopping, arts, and exhibitions), "Korean Street" (Kimberley Street), Chungking Mansion, Avenue of the Stars, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Harbour City, Knutsford Terrace, the list goes on! By train, we are 10 minutes to Central Station, 11 minutes to Temple Street Night Market, 12 minutes to "Sneaker Street" (Mong Kok) and 14 minutes to Ladies' Market. Other things to note Look, we want to be real with you and manage your expectations, so we acknowledge that the rooms are cozy (but it's plenty of room if you just need a home base) and that our beds are on the firmer side (so we've been told!). Our single bed fits 1 adult and let me emphasize that there is no way you can squeeze an extra body on either of them! And please keep in mind that this is one our most affordable rooms because it does not have window. Please also understand that we run this guesthouse ourselves and do not have all the 'bells and whistles' as a full-service hotel! Before you check in, we fully clean the rooms and bathrooms, change the linens, give fresh towels, empty the trash, etc. but we do not do this during your stay.
