Enjoy the entire house (and adjoining cottage) with a private jetty, boat ramp and absolute lake frontage. Kayaks, fishing rods and beach equipment provided for your leisure. The space The house is elevated on the lakeside with full glass frontage providing picturesque views of the lake. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house, and a fourth bedroom in the adjoining cottage. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with an ensuite, walk in robe, and stunning view across the lake. The second bedroom has a queen size bed; the third bedroom has 2 x king singles; and the fourth bedroom (in the adjoining cottage) has 2 x king singles and a kitchenette. The bathroom offers both shower and bath facilities. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast. There are 3 ovens! A modern Belling Oven and gas stove top; a new Westinghouse oven, and an old style Homestead wood fired cooker. All are available for your use. Coffee, tea and a collection of condiments are provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen is also equipped with a Breville Expresso coffee machine (please bring your own coffee beans). Outside on the patio is a 6 burner gas BBQ and 8 seat outdoor dining setting. Also enjoy high-speed, free wifi, provided by a starlink service, and VAST free to air TV. There is ample parking on the property for all vehicle types and trailers. There is so much to do and explore within minutes of Old Oyster Farm. Catch fish for dinner on Old Oyster Farm’s private jetty. Go kayaking on Wonboyn Lake. Enjoy walking, swimming, snorkling or fishing along many of the beautiful Sapphire Coast beaches such as Wonboyn's North Beach, Bay Cliff and Greenglades. Stretch your legs along the many walking tracks in Beowa National Park, or hike the Light to Light track for specular views of the Sapphire Coastline. Spot a whale or two from Beowa National Parks lofty lookouts and headlands. Or simply rest, relax and enjoy the serine lake views from the comfort of the house at Old Oyster Farm.
