The suite is centrally located to many popular Virginia Beach destinations and is just steps away from Hilltop shopping center. The guest suite includes a queen Casper mattress, desk, closet, keurig, mini fridge, microwave oven, private bathroom and, private off-street parking. Note: This is a guest room off of the main house, occupied by the host. The space This is a comfortable, modern, 1 bedroom guest suite in the heart of Virginia Beach. It features its own private entrance, parking space and private bathroom. It includes access to a gorgeous, sun filled patio, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Virginia Beach weather. The backyard includes a table and chairs where guests are welcome to enjoy their coffee, as well as an outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. The room features a brand new 43” Roku smart TV, which allows you to login to any of your streaming channels. It also comes with a small keurig, cups and coffee pods for guest’s use, as well as a mini fridge for anything you might need to keep cold during your stay. The rental unit does share a wall with the main house where the host Kat stays, however there is no access from the house into the bedroom or vice versa. The host may occasionally be in the backyard, hence it being shared, though she is cognizant of guests and happy to be seen as much or as little as any guest prefers. Being a local, she is always happy to recommend local spots and assist guests however possible to make your stay in Virginia Beach the best it can be. Guest access Guests are welcome to park in the main PAVED driveway, after that, head to the left along the rock path through the gate with the air bnb logo. The entrance to the guest suite is the double doors with the air bnb logo to the right once you come in the gate. Note there is a single door nearby that leads into the main house, guests are looking for the double doors. Other things to note The bungalow sits just two miles from the oceanfront, and under two miles from the Virginia Beach Sports Center, Pavilion, and The Dome. With the newly finished bike/walking path leading directly from the neighborhood to the oceanfront, it is now easier than ever to get straight to the oceanfront by bike or walking! Keep in mind it's still about a two mile ride/walk. A unique aspect of life in Virginia Beach, is living amongst multiple military and naval bases. You can expect to see and hear our neighbors over at Oceana air and naval station. While we are known for our oceanfront, there is also a state park nearby that offers canopies of Spanish moss, hiking trails, and spectacular views of both the inlet and the Chesapeake Bay.
