This cozy hillside cottage is the perfect for a getaway. Harriman Reservoir boat launch is a short 1-2 min walk away, and 15 min drive from Mt. Snow. The adorable village of Wilmington and Dover are nearby to go to shops, restaurants, and breweries. Close enough to the action, but far away enough for privacy. Loft bedroom w/door to 2nd bed. There are stairs to get to the house, but it is worth the climb! We also have a vintage lift chair for a photo opportunity! 4WD needed for Winter months The space Full kitchen with open concept living downstairs and everything you could need. Ping Pong table, and games to play. Or unwind in front of the tv and fireplace for a little relaxation. Walking distance to Harriman reservoir boat launch. Perfect for fishing, swimming, and summer fun, or Mount Snow in close by. 4WD needed for Winter months Guest access You will have access to all of the house except the basement. Other things to note There are stairs to get to the house, but it is worth the climb! There is a security camera in the four season room pointed down to the driveway area for everyone's safety. 4WD/AWD Needed for winter season. No Trailers. We are located on a dead end mountain road. Driveway can hold two vehicles.
