A beautiful staircase greets guests as they enter through the front door into the foyer hall. To the left is the formal living room with the family room directly behind it. The downstairs offers a large office with door so guests can work comfortably. The first floor also houses the Karli Suite, which boasts an antique pedestal tub! Continue from the foyer hall beyond the formal dining room into the kitchen. The home has a front and rear staircase that lead to three more bedrooms upstairs along with a kitchenette and extra family room. Outside, guests can relax on the large front porch or congregate on the rear deck that is equipped with a hot tub and grill. Guests have full access to the house. Located right on main street, The Abby is very walkable! Just a few blocks to the town square, the springs, restaurants, spas, and bars. There is plenty of parking along the side of the home. ~Please park along the side of the house on Thomas Street. There are also 2 tandem spaces behind the house. ~Please do not block the ally behind the house or use it to exit as it ends on the neighbors private property.
