Townhouse in Richmond

Enjoy easy access to everything Richmond has to offer from this home. Our house is a 3 bedroom 1 and a half bath townhouse with one free off street parking spot in the back. Enjoy an easy walk to VCU, Altria Theater, and restaurants and bars, a long walk to the Fan, or a short Uber to Scott’s Addition. The house is in a downtown / city neighborhood. We will be flexible with check-in, check-out, and luggage drop offs to the extent other reservations don’t conflict. The space This house is a brick townhouse on the end of the street (it is only connected on one side). It is equipped with a smart lock on the front and back doors and a code will be provided to you prior to check-in. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, half bath, and washer and dryer (located in a small room off the kitchen). The living room has a couch, two chairs, a coffee table and a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with glasses, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, knives, and other cooking utensils. The bedrooms and the full bath are all located upstairs. Each bedroom has a window unit for additional AC capacity. The main bedroom is large and has a king bed, a desk, and a closet with hangers. The two other rooms each have a queen bed and closet. They are fairly small, please see the pictures. Although we are pet friendly, we do have a pet fee of $100. If you have more than one pet, we charge an additional fee of $50 per pet. Guest access You will have access to the full house during your stay and a parking spot in the back. Other things to note We provide bed linens for the three beds and bath towels for 6 guests. We generally do not provide extra face or hand towels or additional bath towels. We do not provide other toiletries, soap, or cleaning supplies. Although we do have a coffee machine available for use, we do not provide coffee. We try to keep coffee filters available for guest use but do not guaranty the provision of filters. There is a convenience store a few blocks away and a grocery store (Kroger) a half mile (10 minute walk) away. There is also a very nice coffee shop about four blocks away. We do not offer discounts other than discounts for weekly or monthly stays.
