In a private cul-de-sac, a stone's throw from the Saint Martin canal, you will find this cocoon on the top floor of a small building with crazy charm. Shops, metro line, restaurants… everything is nearby! The space You have access to the whole place: - The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle etc.) - A dining table under a beautiful glass roof - A cozy seating area - The "master" bedroom is a suite, where the bathroom is also located. - The second sleeping area (if there are more than two of you) is an open space in the living room, but separated by charming beams. This gives a very cozy and "secluded" look from the other room. It's a real bed - which can be stored during the day if you want to keep the apartment tidy. Warning: The use of the second bed is only possible if you tell us that you will be more than two - because the installation and the putting of new sheets is necessary. Guest access Access is completely autonomous and very easy.
