The space The apartment has a lounge with open plan kitchen and a balcony overlooking greens and a brook, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a drink in the evening! The lounge has a TV, sofa bed, 2 executive chairs and brand new furniture. The kitchen is fully functional from day one and is fitted with appliances such as a gas hob with electric oven, fridge/freezer & microwave. There is cutlery, pots and pans, wine & water glasses required for your visit. There is high speed WIFI available throughout the apartment. The master bedroom has 2 single beds (can be converted to 1 king size bed), a wardrobe, bed side table with table lamp and an ensuite. The second bedroom has 1 king size bed (can be converted to 2 single beds), 2 bed side tables with table lamps. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet. Lastly, there is an allocated parking bay available where one car can be parked! Guest access Our guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Please note that the guests will need to send the names, date of birth and addresses of all guests along with the photo and address ids before the guests check in.
