BONUS: OWN PRIVATE WOODS WITH DIRECT ACCESS AND WELL FENCED TO FIELDS BEHIND. Note: The property has oil fired central heating and hot water that is controlled by the thermostat in the lounge. This is always set to 16 degrees and can be manually turned up or down. All the rooms have their own radiators with thermostatically controlled valves at the end so simply turn them down or up if you wish to control the heat especially in the bedrooms if you like it cooler or hotter.
