Discover our 120 m² house located in the municipality of St Amand sur Sèvre. Ideal for 7 or 8 people (if baby). With 4 comfortable bedrooms and a large living room, you can spend holidays with family or friends. The accommodation is surrounded by an outdoor area of 500 m² ideal for children or to relax after a day of sightseeing. Private parking is available. The space On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room as well as a bedroom composed of two single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can also enjoy a terrace for relaxing outdoors. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a single bed. There is also a possibility to put a baby bed. A shower room and a toilet are also at your disposal upstairs. Other things to note Please note that bed linen and cleaning are not included in the accommodation rate. Option available on request to be booked in advance, linen rate €12.50 incl. tax per bed and cleaning rate €66 incl. tax.
