Perched terrace with enclosed land The space Nico and Laeti are delighted to welcome you to this newly renovated house, ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can go on many hikes to enjoy the magnificent landscapes offered by the Auvergne countryside. In addition, the cottage is close to many sites such as Vulcania Park or the Lemptégy Volcano which will delight young and old. The entrance to the house is on the 1st floor from the wooden terrace on which you will enjoy the calm. The gîte consists of: On the 1st floor: - a large living room with open kitchen, living room and dining room On the N-1 level: - a bedroom with a 160 bed and two 90 bunk beds (access to the street from the bedroom with a French window) - a bathroom open to the bedroom - an independent toilet
