Sunray @ Nobbys - Beachside Studio with Spa

Sunray @ Nobbys is situated minutes from the town centre and the beaches of Port Macquarie. Guests will have the opportunity to take a short walk to one of two beaches located only a few hundred metres from the studio. If the beach isn't for you guests can relax in the private spa at their leisure whilst looking out at the beautiful nature reserve. Guests may even spot the odd Koala, Water Dragon or Bush Turkey! The space Sunray @ Nobbys accommodates a maximum of 2 guests at any time. The studio features an open plan living space equipped with a queen bed, 2.5 seater lounge, dining table and chairs, 52 inch television, kitchenette, ensuite, and walk in robe. The large sliding glass door opens right up allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful ocean breeze throughout the day, as well as creating a free flowing indoor/outdoor space. The sliding glass door opens out to a private spa and outdoor lounge area. NOTE: The studio is externally attached to the hosts main house. Privacy for both parties is kept at an all round maximum with an outdoor black pulldown blind, as well as internal electric blinds in both the main house and studio. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio equipped with the essentials for a calm and relaxing stay. Obtaining access and checking in and out will be easy. Guests will arrive at a gate located at the side of the main house. To open and close this gate, guests will be required to enter a code (code provided upon check in). A key lock box is located by the front door which allows guests to self-check in and out (code provided upon check in). Guests will also have access to the main house laundry at their leisure. The laundry is equipped with both washing machine (washing powder/softener provided) and dryer, iron, garment steamer and ironing board. NOTE: The laundry is a shared space with the host. The host at times may use the laundry space during your stay. Other things to note Strictly NO parties, NO additional guests and NO pets. Spa hours are STRICTLY between 8am and 8pm only.
