Welcome to our pretty 160 m2 family home, set in 2000 m2 of grounds, a haven of peace for parents and a great playground for children! Recently renovated, this 18th-century farmhouse is a perfect blend of Burgundian charm and modern comforts. The space The house offers exceptional views over the countryside: a bucolic setting that lends itself to disconnection! Come and enjoy the peace and charm of the countryside. The swimming pool is heated to 26 degrees from June to September. It measures 6x3 and is 1m40 deep. Surrounded by a wooden terrace, deckchairs, sun loungers, garden furniture, parasols are at your disposal. The accommodation: Facing due south, the house has a large living room, bathed in light, a large table for 8/10 people, inside and out, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large 2,000 m² garden with a swing and a trampoline, a terrace with garden furniture and a large table seating 8/10, all surrounded by nature with no overlooking views. For your comfort, we limit our capacity to 6 adults and 3 children (under 12). Ground floor: - The heart of the house with its living room opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen, a fireplace to enjoy evenings with family or friends, a large table for 8/10 people. - A double bedroom (Emma 140 cm mattress) and bathroom with access to the garden. - Toilets Upstairs, under the rafters : - A large master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (Emma 160 cm mattress) and a sitting area (with a single bed). - A very large children's bedroom, with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, also used as a games room. - A double through bedroom (140cm bed) adjoining the children's bedroom. - A bathroom with bath, double washbasins and toilet. For linen. We ask you to add : sheets : single bed: 7€ per bed Double bed: 15€ per bed Bathroom linen 7€/person. Pool towels are not provided. You'll love the famous Toucy market, which takes place every Saturday morning just a 5-minute drive away, and is the meeting point for all the local producers. Cycling is very pleasant in our region, with little-travelled country roads. Cleaning costs 120€ and pool maintenance 90€. (From June to September carried out by the swimming pool company). Total cost: 210€. Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms of the house, as well as the garden. Only dependencies will remain private. Other things to note The arrival and departure times are flexible: you will fix them with Nathalie. If you rent a weekend, you can enjoy the whole day on Sunday and leave only at the end of the day if you wish. PLEASE NOTE: The house is not equipped with WIFI: you will have to connect to the Internet via 4G (variable reception depending on the operator) The TV is not equipped with an antenna: you will have to use your phone in 4G to watch your favorite programs. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: The house is a second home: you will find personal belongings. You will also find consumables, especially in the kitchen. Please replace what you have consumed.
