Come spend your vacation at a home away from home. Close to downtown Crosslake, but privately hidden in the woods you'll feel like you're further from town than you are. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 spacious living rooms and an extra large attached garage this cabin is the perfect get away for multiple families to get together. With a circle driveway it's easy to pull your boat in and out. Centrally located to all the best lakes and golf courses you'll love spending your time here. The space Our home is the perfect get away for the avid golfer, fisherman who doesn’t want to be confined to a single lake, mountain biker, or family visit. We offer a ramp access through the garage and first floor living for the mobility challenged. The master bathroom offers a walk in shower and several grab handles. We have a large circle driveway that is great for fishermen or snowmobilers to come in with their trailers and not have to back in or out. Some things we offer - - We offer the use of 2 adult kayaks and one small kayak. (The kayaks are unavailable the week before, the week of, and the week after the 4th of July due to personal use) - We offer the use of fishing rods and tackle boxes. - We offer the use of a variety of sizes of life jackets which must be used with the kayaks. - We offer the use of several bikes. - We offer the use of a popup ice house. - We offer the use of 3 sets of golf clubs and golf equipment. - We offer a small library of books and games. - We offer the use of an Xbox360 and some games. - We offer the use of a large library of both kid and adult movies. - We offer the use of our outdoor fire pit and outdoor lawn chairs. (Please be fire safe and do not have fires during dry and windy conditions. You will be held liable if you burn down the town.) - We offer the use of picnic blankets and beach towels. - We offer the use of outdoor toys such as balls, cornhole, beanbags, baseball, Frisbees, badmitten, among others! - We offer the use of a hammock in the backyard during the summer months. - We offer the use of an on site pack n play. All of these items are for use at your own risk. Since we do not charge for these items use we offer no guarantee that these items will be available or usable during your stay. We do hope that they will always be there but due to the fact that life happens they may or may not be available. Please let us know if you are booking specifically for any of these items and I will update you if anything happens. Thank you. Other things to note What we expect – We offer the use of our home and our possessions at a very affordable rate. While we do not charge for the use of these extras we do require that you sign them out and clean up, maintain, and put away these items if you use them. We will need to charge an extra cleaning fee if you do use these items and do not clean up after yourself. Our standard cleaning fee is based on basic level cleaning and laundry. Clean up of the kayaks involves washing them down with the provided hose located in the garage and draining and drying them completely so that there is no stagnant water in them. If you choose not to properly clean up the kayaks we will need to charge an extra $150 cleaning fee due to the extra time and manpower than is needed. Clean up of the ice house is $75. Clean up of all other items are $10 each. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We do have a few small chores that we ask that you do before you leave. - We ask that you start a load of towels before you leave. We have provided black makeup washcloths in all bathrooms. - We ask that you please take out the kitchen garbage or any stinky or excessive amounts of garbage to the garbage can outside. We do recycle so please use the recycling if you have glass, plastic, or cardboard. If you stay through Sunday we require you to take the garbage bin to the curb for garbage collection on Monday morning. If you fail to take the garbage to the curb you will be charged an extra $30 for disposal. - We ask that you do not make your beds. You’re welcome to strip the top sheet off but please do not strip the waterproof liner unless it was soiled. - We ask that you please load and run the dishwasher before you leave. - We ask that you please turn off all the lights, electronics, air conditioning, heaters, and make sure all the windows are closed and locked. - We ask that you log out of any apps that you used on the TV because we probably wont be there to log you out when you realize someone is binging on your HBO account. - We ask that you please be respectful and clean up after yourself. We aren’t asking you to vacuum or dust or scour the bathrooms, but if you use items please put them back where you got them from. Our cleaning fee doesn’t mean you can be a trash goblin and disrespect our home and possessions.
