A cottage in Cromer
A cottage in Cromer
Description
Our holiday cottage is a Victorian 3 bedroom end-of-terrace house located in the centre of the vibrant traditional seaside town of Cromer, the ‘Gem of the Norfolk Coast’. With all amenities on your doorstep and the beach just a moment away, this is a great location from which to experience all that Cromer has to offer as well as a great base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The space The front door opens into a cosy living room with comfortable leather sofas, but with ample space to hang coats and store shoes as you enter. Walk through to the kitchen/diner and you will find a bright, spacious and well-equipped area. The bathroom is located off the kitchen and a washing machine is also available for guests to use. As you walk up the stairs you will notice a real ship’s porthole halfway up looking back into the kitchen. This is one of many subtle nautical-themed additions to the house – the compass painted on the living room ceiling being another. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one large master bedroom with a king size bed, one with bunk beds and the third with a double bed. Each bedroom has adequate hanging and storage space for your clothes and possessions. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard garden and guests also have use of the gas BBQ. There is a small lockable shed where beach toys/equipment and bikes can be safely stored. Guest access Guests rent the whole property. Other things to note Please note the the only bathroom is on the ground floor and accessed via the kitchen Please also ensure you have read the details about parking - there is no parking at the properly but car parks are close by.
