Cozy one-bedroom apartment located in the Solneu building at the 1500-meter mark in Baqueira Beret, just steps from the gondola lift. It comprises an open-plan living and dining area with two sofa beds and a trundle bed, accommodating up to three people; a fully equipped independent kitchen; a bedroom with a double bed for two people; and a full bathroom with a bathtub. This apartment includes a parking space in the Val de Ruda Urbanization and ski storage in the Solneu building. Other things to note – TOURIST TAX. All bookings are subject to a tourist tax of €1.10 per person per night for the first 7 nights of your stay. Children under 16 are exempt from this tax. – CHECK-IN. From 5:00 PM onwards on the day of your arrival, you must come to our Alma de Nieve office in Baqueira (Perimetrau, 3, parking 1500, next to the nursery). – CHECK-IN AFTER OFFICE HOURS. If you arrive outside of our office hours, an envelope addressed to you will be left in the mailbox located opposite our office. We will have contacted you beforehand to provide you with the code to open the mailbox. The keys will be inside the envelope.
