Lynn Valley Suite is a family friendly accommodation centrally located in the heart of North Vancouver - your base-camp for enjoying the best of the Coast Mountains. Located on the Lynn Valley Loop trail, with access to a gravel path at the end of the street. A short 10-minute walk to Lynn Valley Centre with grocery stores, restaurants, shops and public transit. Close to iconic activities including hiking and mountain biking, suspension bridge, waterfalls, and local ski hills. The space The newly renovated open-concept 900 sq/ft suite has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located on the lower level of the home, with great natural light thanks to big windows in each rooms. Residents of the house live upstairs. Each bedroom has a comfortable, queen size bed and spacious closet, with suitcase stand, storage, laundry basket, extra pillows and blankets. Each bed has a separate reading light. The large bathroom includes a single vanity, and shower with a large soaker bathtub, along with local shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The full kitchen includes a range oven, dishwasher, microwave and big sink along with all equipment to cook your own meals. An in suite washer/dryer combo unit is available for any laundry needs. The spacious dining and living area includes a dining table for 4, a large sectional couch, and a 47" flat screen TV with Apple TV. Guest access The unit is completely separate, secure and accessible through a private walkway around the back of the house. Other things to note The hosts live upstairs with our young kids.
