****10 people ONLY (this includes children of any age) Please see House Rules**** Private, gated, and quiet 2 acre property located in the valley of Destino. Easily accessible as we are located right off the main road 997. We are a 2 minute drive to The WildLife Preserve (where many beaches are located), less than 5 minutes from Isabel Segunda, and less than 10 minutes from Esperanza. The space 4 rooms with 5 beds. Each room has a private shower. 1 room has 2 beds, but in separate rooms. We have a parking space for each room. Available on our covered porch is an 8 person mahogany table, sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and grill with a side burner. Inside our shared living area, seating is available, plus eating/cooking utensils. Board games and books/magazines are located in living area as well. Please be aware there are cats and peafowl on the property. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space in the photos except our home, which is attached and not really pictured. Other things to note This listing is to rent out the entire property for up to 10 people. 8adults/2children, 7adults/3children, 6 adults/4children. We do not allow for over 10 people! Do not show up with air mattresses and/or say people/children can just sleep on the floor. Please note that we have cats and peafowl on the property. We have solar power and a back up generator.
