The house has several outdoor spaces and is build around a big lap pool and a manicured garden. It comes with AC units in all 4 king size bedrooms and living spaces! Set in the bustling downtown of Historic Centro, this home is a short walk to all touristic destinations and is a perfect base to explore the archeological sites of Yucatan. The space Casa Paraiso Azul was designed by the multi awarded architecture firm Taller Estilo Arquitectura. The property is on one level only totaling about 8,000 square feet with 4,500 square feet of build space and 3,500 square feet of outdoor spaces. From the moment you walk in you’ll be surprised by the high ceilings through the whole property, beautiful pasta tiles, lots of natural light and green space and an amazing airflow. The house also offers all the modern amenities you might anticipate and all of the bedrooms and living-dining room have fans and A/Cs. The house has 4 large private bedrooms each with their private bathrooms (including a toilet and a rain shower) and plenty of closet space. All bedrooms have king size beds with Posturepedic mattress, which allows for the kind of sleep you’ve been dreaming of! There are two bedrooms in the front of the house that are copies of each others and are separated by a private garden, a separate Casita in the back of the property and another Master Suite by the pool. You'll find a stunning, large swimming pool with an outdoor garden space covering over 3500+ square feet, to enjoy your lounger time in the sun or the shade. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items to prepare wonderful meals. The kitchen truly is huge with a very large granite island and stools. All the necessary essentials come with it including: utensils, pots, pans, service dishes, dishware and glassware, stainless steel refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice machine, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, nespresso machine, cutlery and even more side equipment. The dining table and sitting area is situated just inside the glass doors, just steps from the kitchen (very large open floor plan) giving you a spectacular view of the property, garden and pool, while you and your friends and family sit, enjoy your meals and create some wonderful holiday memories. There is a private and quiet front room (office), which is just adjacent to the front entrance of the house. It offers the opportunity to step away in order to make those private calls in peace, quiet and comfort. Should it be a day of work, for those who have to keep in touch, the front doors can be opened wide to enjoy the garden and fresh air, while putting your feet up on those important business calls. The main living area includes a variety of seating options both inside and outside, including one right off the kitchen. You can slide open the entire kitchen and bring the inside out or the outside in, depending on how you view it. There's also a separate gathering room with a big sofa next to the entrance where all your group can meet before heading up to your outside activities or can be used as another relaxing private space to read or watch your favorite series on your computer! There is Wireless, Fiber Optic Internet with 750 mbps download speed throughout the house. Sorry we do NOT have a TV. The outdoor space (the yard, pool area and gardens) covers 3,500+ square feet of garden, with sun and shade areas. The garden includes a variety of tropical plants and trees including 2 Lime Trees and a Pomegranate. The large swimming pool (4 Meters Wide x 14 Meters Long x 1.5 Meters Deep) is large enough for those who really want to enjoy doing some laps and exercise. The Pool also comes with a Hammock that can be raised and lowered to enjoy some serious relaxing moments. In the evening the entire home can be lit to emphasize the beauty of the surroundings, and like most people have said, “You don’t even want to leave as it is truly so calming, beautiful and spectacular that it can just drain away all the problems of the world”. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourself. Other things to note There is plenty of safe on-street parking throughout the neighborhood. We have a water filter system throughout the house and drinkable water is available on a faucet by the kitchen sink or through the water dispenser of the fridge. PLEASE NOTE: Electricity in Yucatán is a limited and expensive resource . Please use air condition wisely and shut it down when you are not in the room. Excessive usages of electricity - above 30 kilowatts per day- will be charged at current rate: 3.5 Mexican pesos per kilowatt. The meter will be checked at check in and again at check out. This will be payable at the end of the stay in CASH (Pesos). THANK YOU! Pool – If the pool has been abused or has be found to have broken glass, which would result in having to drain the pool for the safety of others, the charges due will be $400 USD. No parties in the house. The number of guests in the house is strictly limited to current guests staying in the house. No other guests allowed.
