Relax & unwind in our tranquil, north facing, light filled studio with sweeping views of Pittwater and beyond. Clareville Beach and Taylors Point are a short stroll away where you can swim, picnic and enjoy all Pittwater has to offer. Immerse yourself in luscious sub tropical bush while you walk in beautiful Angophora Reserve enjoying bird life and waterfalls. The space The studio is spacious and airy encompassing a kitchen/dining/living area which includes plenty of storage. Cooking and refrigeration facilities are available. Guest access There is plenty of free street parking and a short drive to the village of Avalon. A bus stop directly across the road will take you into Avalon where you can hop on a bus North to Palm Beach or South to Manly or Sydney City. Access to the studio is relatively easy with just one step to the front door. Entrance to the studio is via a keypad. Other things to note Checkout - please let me know once you have checked out.
